Cuplock (C-Lock) Systems

C- Lock Standard verticals are manufactured from 48.3mm O.D. Tube, Provided in Various sizes with cup joints welded at 500mm, intervals. The top Cups are made from malleable castings to endure rough site handling, and welded bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel.

Welded Bottom Cups are pressed from high quality steel and captive mobile Top Cups made out of malleable casting provide firm grip to Ledger Blades making the connection rigid and to endure rough site handling.

Produced from Tube thickness 3.2mm or 4.0mm

C - Lock Ledger Horizontals are available in a range of standard sizes or can be made to a special length if required. The forged blade end fits in the cup of the Vertical. The simple robust design ensure that horizontals need no maintenance.

Minimum projection of blades avoids damages in handing and uniform dimension makes the cup joint rigid.

Cuplock Saffolding System 1.3m OMEGA Transom is made from high grade galvanised steel, with an inverted "T" section to provide seating for Cuplok OMEGA Battens.

Manufactured using 3.2mm high grade steel, Cuplock/cup system scaffolding is 20% lighter than standard 4mm scaffolding tube.

It is the specifically designed Omega section (60mm x 40mm) which avoids the effects of weather penetration and provides a very strong supporting platform. Forge blade ends locate into the lower cup joint of the Vertical.

Intermediate Transom provides a safe mid-bay support for 38mm scaffold boards. They hold the ledgers in their jaw sections and prevent the central bending of the platform boards.

The fabricated jaw section at each end is turned downwards to prevent dislocation. One end is provided with an integral locking device to prevent movement along the ledger during use.

Designed to increase the overall width of the platform to seven or eight battens. Locates at the cup joint. Incorporates a cup joint for an additional inside ledger to join hop-up brackets together to prevent movement. Facility for location of handrail post if required.

Platform Brackets enable 2 or 3 plank wide platforms to be placed between the scaffold and the workface. The blade end locates into the cup on the standard and the ends of the brackets are connected to each other with Tie Bars.

Drops into place over the ledgers and is secured with a locking device to prevent movement. Extends beyond the inside ledger to provide intermediate support to a single inside board.

For use with Hop-up brackets where distance between standards exceeds the span of scaffold boards Quiklok intermediate transoms are available for:

Bridging Horizontal: The Bridging horizontal creates a platform or a working space where 2.5 mtr to 5. mtr is required through the scaffold run. Bridging horizontal can be offered at discounted rates with the best quality.

Scaffolding bridging item are used to provide working platform complete with necessary guardrails for vehicle passage.

Cantilever Frames support the formwork beyond the external periphery of the slab. The frames have blade ends for locating in the cup joint & accept adjustable jacks in three positions of 1.2m, 1.25m & 1.3m.

Engineered to support normal access loads and stop-end forms; a safety device is incorporated locking that they cannot be dislodged when striking. Provision is made.

We are Designed Adaptor units provide for the easy conversion of Dropheads from the Waffle and Trough or Metriform Support Systems for use with Quiklok.

The Socket Base is used in conjunction with the Universal jack and is drilled to allow for the insertion of a securing bolt if required. The dimensions are as mentioned.
