Welded Bottom Cups are pressed from high quality steel and captive mobile Top Cups made out of malleable casting provide firm grip to Ledger Blades making the connection rigid and to endure rough site handling.

Cuplock Saffolding System 1.3m OMEGA Transom is made from high grade galvanised steel, with an inverted "T" section to provide seating for Cuplok OMEGA Battens.
Manufactured using 3.2mm high grade steel, Cuplock/cup system scaffolding is 20% lighter than standard 4mm scaffolding tube.
It is the specifically designed Omega section (60mm x 40mm) which avoids the effects of weather penetration and provides a very strong supporting platform. Forge blade ends locate into the lower cup joint of the Vertical.

Intermediate Transom provides a safe mid-bay support for 38mm scaffold boards. They hold the ledgers in their jaw sections and prevent the central bending of the platform boards.
The fabricated jaw section at each end is turned downwards to prevent dislocation. One end is provided with an integral locking device to prevent movement along the ledger during use.

Designed to increase the overall width of the platform to seven or eight battens. Locates at the cup joint. Incorporates a cup joint for an additional inside ledger to join hop-up brackets together to prevent movement. Facility for location of handrail post if required.
Platform Brackets enable 2 or 3 plank wide platforms to be placed between the scaffold and the workface. The blade end locates into the cup on the standard and the ends of the brackets are connected to each other with Tie Bars.
