Kwik Stage Systems

Our range of Kwikstage standards/verticals are made from Standard Scaffold Tubes of 48.3 X 4 mm OR 5mm thick (Depending on customer requirement). These form the support or the uprights. They have a series of "V" Pressed welded at nominal 495 mm on the tube to provide a location for ledger and transoms.

Welded Bottom Cups are pressed from high quality steel and captive mobile Top Cups made out of malleable casting provide firm grip to Ledger Blades making the connection rigid and to endure rough site handling.

They are made from tubes of 3.2mm thickness with wedge-fixing devices at each end and are used to lie in the uprights or standards longitudinally. On the inside of the scaffolding they are used at platform level and on the outside as a guardrail.

Our company offers Kwikstage Stage 2 Board and 3 Board Brackets in various sizes. The one, two and three board stage brackets enables an additional 255 mm, 450 mm and 675 mm platform respectively to be provided on the inside of the Scaffold nearest the building.

Board Stage Bracket enables an additional 255 mm platform to be provided on the inside of the scaffold. They do not require Tie Bars to connect them together. Available with rolled "T" Section or back to back welded angles.

Quikstage Standards/Verticals form the support or the uprights and are made from Standard Scaffold Tubes of 48.3 x 4 mm thick. With the latest innovations, they are also available in 48.3 X 3.25 mm in both Grade 50 & 40 C as per BS: 4360. They have a series of "V" Pressed welded at nominal 500 mm on the tube to provide a location for ledger and transoms. They are also available with integral wedge spigots or as open ended.

The Two and Three Board Stage Brackets enable an additional 450 mm (1\'6") and 675mm (2\'3") platform respectively to be provided on the inside of the scaffold nearest the building. Tie Bars must be used to connect the brackets together. They are available in both rolled section and back to back welded angle.

Kwik Stage One Board Stage Bracket enables an additional 255 mm platform respectively to be provided on the inside of the scaffold nearest the building. They do not require Tie Bars to connect them together. Available with rolled "T" Section or back to back welded angles.

The One board bracket allows an additional 228.5 mm platform to be created; this is the only bracket, which does not require a tie bar to connect them together.

The Two-board stage bracket allows an additional 457mm platform to be provided; tie bars must be used to connect the brackets together.

The Three-board stage bracket allows an additional 685.5 mm platform to be provided; tie bars must be used to connect the brackets together.

Sizes:

Manufactured from a steel pressing shaped so that it can be placed over a Ledger to form a 90% return in the scaffold, the Return Transom has a seating on one side for Steelstage or Timber Battens.

They are a rolled "T" section with wedge fixing device on each ends. Also available with back to back angles of 50 x 50 x 5mm to form a "T" These transoms engaged with "V" pressing on the Standard/Verticals fixing the inner and outer standards transversely and forming a frame.

Diagonal Braces are made from 48.3 mm dia tube with a swivel c section and wedge at each end for connection to the V - cluster on the standard. Their Function is to provide transverse and Longitudinal Bracing to the scaffold Structure. The brace is available in various lengths to suit the combination of bay widths and heights.

Scaffolding Diagonal Brace has pivoting captive wedge fittings welded to each end, which locate the "V" pressing on the standards. Used to form facade bracing

Tie Bars are used to interlock the ends of platform brackets and to provide a means of preventing the planks from sliding off the end of the bracket. The studs at the end of the Tie Bar Locate into holes in the platform Brackets.

Tie bars are made from steel angle which has a dowel at both ends. This connects the two and three board platform brackets to support the steel planks.

Our range of kwikstage transoms are a rolled "T" section with wedge fixing device on each ends. These are available with back to back angles of 50 X 50 X 5 mm to form a "T" . Our range of transoms are engaged with "V" pressing, which gives best results.

Tie Bar - A length of 40 mm x 40 mm angle iron with a dowl at both ends and it is used to connect stage brackets together in the wedge lock system.

Used to Join Kwikstage scaffolding Standards Back to Back for more stability and add strength to the scaffold structure

The first step onto a stair access or ladder access is always difficult due to site constraints, ground levels and base outs. The use of the adjustable step down bracket gives comfort of adjustments to balance the variables so the step becomes balanced when getting on or getting off a stair access at ground level.

Transom component used for insertion into scaffold bay. Allows installation of a ladder opening within the scaffold deck.
